Is online payment secure?
Yes. Transactions are encrypted and processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider. Hollin does not store any banking data.
Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment payment may be offered depending on basket amount and shipping country, through the solutions available at checkout.
When am I charged?
You are charged when the order is validated. If the order is cancelled before shipping, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. The invoice is available in your account area once the order has shipped. For company billing, you may indicate the company name at checkout.
