    Our Story

HOLLIN is an independent house founded in France. Tea is its point of departure, a rhythm, a quiet presence that runs through daily life.

Dian Vaultier, the founder, grew up in Hunan, China, in close contact with tea culture. Trained in the arts in France, she conceives HOLLIN as a space of encounter between heritage and the present, gesture and attention.

The name HOLLIN originates from an initial intention: All-in. A complete engagement, without reserve. This idea later settled into another language: "好联", a just connection, a way of being linked. From this transition emerged HOLLIN, a calmer and more open word, carrying a continuous sense of attention.

The teas of the house are offered without added flavourings. The material remains clear, composed. Each tea develops according to its own structure: its clarity, its precision, what it reveals over time in the infusion.

HOLLIN unfolds within a space of circulation, between Asia and Europe, between memory and use, between attention and daily life.

It is built slowly, starting from tea, through simple forms, objects, images, and the time given to them.
