A premium Japanese matcha, silky and luminous, for a traditional whisked preparation as well as for matcha latte. Delicate without fragility, vegetal without excessive bitterness, it reveals a round and harmonious cup. For a matcha latte, whisk 3 g of powder into 30 ml of water at 70 °C, then top up with hot milk or a plant-based drink. This Japanese matcha powder can also be whisked on its own to enjoy its full finesse.
