An infusion at once fresh and warming, carried by the liveliness of ginger,
the roundness of apple and the citrus notes of verbena.

Ginger, apple, lemon verbena, lemon peel, rosehip. No added flavourings.
Plants, origin and composition
Éclat Doré is a ginger and lemon infusion built around five ingredients: ginger, apple, lemon verbena, lemon peel and rose hip, the fruit of the wild rose. No Camellia sinensis leaves, therefore no caffeine. Ginger brings its pungent compounds, gingerols, apple its natural sweetness, verbena and peel their lemony freshness, rose hip a slight fruity acidity. With no added flavorings: the vibrancy comes from the pieces themselves. We sought to create a lemon and ginger herbal tea that was neither harsh nor sweet, radiant from beginning to end.
Organoleptic profile and liquor
The liquor is golden yellow, almost amber after a long infusion. The aroma is lively, zesty, carried by the verbena. On the palate, the ginger arrives second, warm, then the apple adds roundness and the rose hip leaves a tangy finish. Hot, the cup warms; cold, it becomes a very refreshing lemon and ginger drink. Those who enjoy a ginger, lemon and honey infusion can add a spoonful of honey once the cup has cooled slightly, to preserve its aromas.
Brewing protocol and storage
Use 3 g for 20 cl, as the fruit pieces are dense. Simmering water at 95 °C, 6 to 8 minutes of infusion; the longer it infuses, the more pronounced the ginger becomes. For an iced tea, infuse 6 g in 50 cl of hot water, allow to cool, then refrigerate. For a cold infusion, leave it overnight in the refrigerator. Store the tin tightly closed, in a dry place: the apple pieces absorb moisture. Éclat Doré can also be discovered at the HOLLIN du Goût counter, in Sartrouville.
